Navigating Twine
1. The top of the home screen
At the top of the home screen, you have your total number of Twine stories, and options to sort them by:

2. The center of the home screen
You'll be able to see your story files as a collection of icons, showing the shape of your story so far.

3. The right of the home screen
Here you'll find the button to click when you want to create a new story, and your options menu.

"Import" allows you to import an existing Twine HTML file.

"Archive" lets you create one HTML file that contains all of your stories, as a backup file.

"Formats" allows you to change the coding language in which Twine works. This must always be SugarCube 2.

"Language" allows you to change the language in which Twine displays its menus. The default is English.

"Help" connects you to online help provided by the creators of Twine.
4. Navigation bar
In the top navigation bar under "View", you will find "Show Story Library". If you click there, you will be taken to the Twine file on your computer. This is where all your HTML files are autosaved.

5. Lower right of the home screen
At the bottom of the right hand pane, you'll find the version number of the Twine programme you're using. This can be useful if you have an issue.
You'll also find the button to switch it from "day mode" to "night mode", depending on which you find easiest to use.
